Biodiversity is not something static unless the consequence of birth and extinction of species due the external pressure. The inaction of the last 30 years on climate change has brought us to the brink of disaster. Wildfires, severe droughts, severe storms or rising seawater temperatures; they are putting our society on the brink of the precipice. But the destruction that climate change is causing is also affecting ecosystems; which, pressured by pollution, the expansion of agriculture, and the general growth of mankind, are putting nature in a critical position. We are arrived to 2020 without any of environment and climate goals achieved Today we passed to new decade. The last days newspapers and magazines make reports and extrapolations about how our world would look in the next 30 years. Some are optimistic, other give more alerts about the future; but too much seem that lives in other planet. If we see the last 30 years, we see a humanity worried about how it can grow but forgetting that planet is finite. Planet haven’t infinite land to build infrastructures, haven’t infinite air to store our polluted gases and infinite space to hide our trash. Just started the winter when spring already here again. This is not good nor bad now because the consequences after the live. It's over the winter. As I said a year ( Spring in full in February ) meteorological winter just finished in February; regardless that American’s marmots say, popular wisdom or any other ancestral sign. It’s a fact; today the summers end in November and winter is reduced to a few weeks of Christmas and January. Today more or less everyone has heard about climate change and the greenhouse effect. Another thing is that everyone really understands the same when they talk about these two concepts. If you fill a glass until the top and the last section we do drop to drop, we reach a point where a drop enters the glass begins to overflow. We can consider that the penultimate drop completed volume of the glass and last drop did not fit and so it fell by the side.
