Doha, the time is over
Doha hasn’t been a success. Connie Hedegaard has a contrary opinion on this issue, as she expose in her paper Why the Doha climate conference was a success (the Guardian 12/14/12), and her voice is much more authoritative that mine. But in my humble opinion, Doha and the before last conferences of climate, have not covered the minimum and the expectations. She talks about the success in terms of a steep more on the path to achieve the goal. She shows a checklist of objectives and achievements; she laments the slow progress and she hopes that it can fulfill the 2015 agenda. I believe that conference has made advances but they are sufficient. Humans work bat the concept “Time”, this defect produces most of the errors that humanity makes and we have done historically.
